On The PlayGrounding Podcast, I challenge adults to rediscover the value of playfulness in daily life.
Why play? Because I’m tired of hearing people talk like it’s a badge of honor to be burned out and have no time for frivolity, let alone sleep.
I want adults to learn that it’s not only ok to be playful, it’s their job to let go once in a while – for the sake of themselves and the people they love and work so hard for.
Developing a playful attitude toward life helps prevent burnout and combat anxiety, addiction and depression. It changes the way we think from our creativity to the way we handle life’s biggest problems.
